The Springs Apartments

APAH’s construction of The Springs Apartments began in early 2015. We are redeveloping our 27-unit Carlyn Springs Apartments into The Springs, a five-story, 104 unit mixed use development that will add 98 new units affordable to low and very low income individuals and families. We broke ground in early 2015. The project will be completed in Fall 2016. The Springs will be home to APAH’s new headquarters, and will feature an onsite Resident Services program.

Construction Update: The project is completed and is now in the lease-up phase. APAH has moved into the new headquarters office.
