| Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing Awarded Bank of America Neighborhood Builders Grant |
| ARLINGTON, Va. (March 21, 2013) - The Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing (APAH) today announced it was awarded the prestigious Neighborhood Builders grant from the Bank of America Charitable Foundation. The Neighborhood Builders program recognizes local nonprofits that are critical in creating economically and socially vibrant communities and supports them with a $200,000 unrestricted grant that is paid over two years and leadership development for nonprofit directors and emerging leaders. |

| Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing Closes Financing; Construction to Begin on Arlington Mill Residences |
| ARLINGTON, Va. (August 30, 2012) - The Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing (APAH) today announced the closing of financing for Arlington Mill Residences (901 S. Buchanan Street., 22209). Financed by equity from Bank of America Merrill Lynch and construction loan proceeds from Bank of America Merrill Lynch and the Virginia Housing Development Authority (VHDA), Arlington Mill will be the first new construction of committed affordable housing along Columbia Pike. The apartments will be completed in December 2013. |

(May 14, 2012) - The Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing (APAH) today announced that Bank of America Merrill Lynch was selected as the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) equity partner for construction of Arlington Mill Residences. The $2.1 million in annual tax credits will finance Arlington Mill Residences (901 S. | APAH Purchases Marbella Apartments Preserves Affordability |
| ARLINGTON, Va. (June 20, 2011) - The Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing (APAH) today purchased the 134-unit Marbella Apartments, preserving an affordable rental housing community in a close-in, transit-rich location. With the purchase of Marbella, APAH now provides housing to 995 Arlington households at 12 properties.

| Arlington Mill Residences Awarded Tax Credit Allocation |
| ARLINGTON, Va. (June 16, 2011) - The Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing (APAH) was awarded an allocation of $2.13 million in low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC) from the Virginia Housing Development Authority (VHDA) for Arlington Mill Residences on June 8. The tax credit allocation moves construction of this 122-unit new development another step closer to breaking ground as planned in mid 2012.

The approval puts the Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing (APAH) one step closer to its goal of building 122 new, affordable homes in the changing Columbia Pike corridor.

| Funding Approved for Renovating APAH's Buchanan Gardens Apartment |
| ARLINGTON, Va. (June 8, 2010) -
The Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing (APAH) today announced that the Virginia Housing Development Authority (VHDA) approved an allocation of Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) to fund renovation of the 111-unit Buchanan Garden Apartments, following a highly competitive process. Renovation will increase the number of family-sized, committed affordable housing units in the Columbia Pike Corridor. APAH purchased Buchanan Gardens on December 29, 2009, supported with a loan from Arlington County.

| ARLINGTON, Va. (March 3, 2009) - Homelessness rose 10% in Arlington County between 2005 and 2007, and with the recent economic crisis, it is expected to increase further. The hardest hit and most vulnerable group in Arlington County are those whose disabilities prevent them from working or lead them to work in entry-level or lower level jobs.

| PARC ROSSLYN HOLDS GRAND OPENING IN OCTOBER

| ARLINGTON, Va. (Fall, 2008) - Rosslyn's newest residential building, Parc Rosslyn at 1531 Pierce Street, held its grand opening ceremony in October. The long awaited mixed-income residential tower, developed by the Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing (APAH), welcomed the first residents in June 2008. This unique project, which transferred density from Hillside Park
across the street, is a redevelopment of a 22-unit affordable garden apartment building owned by APAH. Hillside Park remains as open space next door.

| ARLINGTON, Va. (April 29, 2008) - The Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing (APAH), the Virginia Housing Development Authority, Arlington County and Enterprise Community Investment, Inc. (Enterprise) today announced the grand opening of Fisher House apartments, a complex of 33 newly renovated homes for individuals and families earning 60 percent or less of area median income in Arlington, Virginia. Built in 1941, Fisher House is part of Arlington's Westover Historic District and underwent a two-year historic rehabilitation of its four 3-story buildings, retaining original building materials and details matching the period layout. Senator Mary Margaret Whipple and Arlington County Board member Barbara Favola joined project partners to welcome residents back to their new homes. |

(January 26, 2006) – The Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing (APAH) is taking unprecedented steps to safeguard affordable housing in Arlington County by making a commitment to triple the number of apartments it owns over the next five years-holding an inventory of 1,165 apartments. Instead of purchasing new buildings, APAH will redevelop its own properties, offering a mixture of both affordable and market rate apartments to people unable to afford high rents.
