| HISTORIC RESTORATION OF FISHER HOUSE APARTMENTS CREATES 33 REHABILITATED HOMES FOR LOW-INCOME FAMILIES IN ARLINGTON, VIRGINIA

| ARLINGTON, Va. (April 29, 2008) - The Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing (APAH), the Virginia Housing Development Authority, Arlington County and Enterprise Community Investment, Inc. (Enterprise) today announced the grand opening of Fisher House apartments, a complex of 33 newly renovated homes for individuals and families earning 60 percent or less of area median income in Arlington, Virginia. Built in 1941, Fisher House is part of Arlington's Westover Historic District and underwent a two-year historic rehabilitation of its four 3-story buildings, retaining original building materials and details matching the period layout. Senator Mary Margaret Whipple and Arlington County Board member Barbara Favola joined project partners to welcome residents back to their new homes. |

| "On April 22nd the Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing (APAH) received the Housing Association of Nonprofit Developer's (HAND) highest award, the Developer of the Year Award. Competition for the HAND annual awards was strong, including 42 entrants from three states. The Developer of the Year award recognizes the "outstanding overall achievement of a nonprofit affordable housing developer" in Maryland, Washington D.C., and Virginia. This award honors APAH's tremendous growth in 2007 and exciting contributions to the field of affordable housing." |

| APAH WINS AN ABBIE BEST BUSINESS AWARD |

| APAH has been chosen to receive an ABBIE Best Business Award from the Arlington Chamber of Commerce. The award is for "businesses that deliver exceptional quality of service to their customers, are industry leaders or offer a unique approach to delivery of goods or services and display an interest in and concern for the Arlington community." This is a great honor for APAH, and we are grateful to the Arlington Chamber of Commerce for recognizing the important contributions APAH makes to the Arlington County economy. The awards breakfast will be held May 13th, 2008. |

Virginia and Arlington County officials, residents and neighbors will join the grand opening ceremony at Courthouse Crossings at 1220 North Scott Street. |

(June 14, 2007) – The Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing (APAH) has created The Douglas Peterson Affordable Housing Development Fund in recognition of Douglas Peterson's lifelong commitment to affordable housing in Arlington. Peterson recently stepped down as APAH's executive director after a 7-year tenure. |

| ARLINGTON, Va. (January 26, 2006) – The Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing (APAH) is taking unprecedented steps to safeguard affordable housing in Arlington County by making a commitment to triple the number of apartments it owns over the next five years-holding an inventory of 1,165 apartments. Instead of purchasing new buildings, APAH will redevelop its own properties, offering a mixture of both affordable and market rate apartments to people unable to afford high rents. Resident services programs will also be expanded so residents can improve their skills, get better jobs and become more self-sufficient. |
